9. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as necessary. Account Data is retained while the account is active plus 90 days after deletion. Generated Text Content is retained indefinitely while the account is active and deleted 90 days after account closure. Token Purchase and Transaction Records are retained for 6 years in accordance with UK HMRC requirements. Support Communications are retained for 3 years after last interaction. Technical Logs are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. After requesting deletion, you have 7 days to reverse your request to avoid inadvertent data loss.
