This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through our website and platform, AI text generation services, account creation and management, token purchases and transaction processing, and communications with us. 4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
4.1 Provide Services

4.3 No Model Training
We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models. Generation is carried out by third-party AI providers, which process your prompts to produce the output (see Section 6). Your generated content is not published and is not shown to other users. Your account history keeps your 20 most recent conversations, and you can delete them at any time.
4.4 Communications
We send transactional emails including token purchase confirmations, respond to support requests, send service updates and security alerts, and marketing communications where you have provided consent.
4.5 Security & Legal
We detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the safety of our users.

6. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with authorised service providers who assist with cloud hosting, AI generation, payment processing, email services, analytics, and customer support tools. 9. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as necessary. Account Data is retained while the account is active plus 90 days after deletion. Generation History keeps your 20 most recent conversations while the account is active; older items are removed automatically, you can delete any item yourself, and the remaining history is deleted within 90 days after account closure. Token Purchase and Transaction Records are retained for 6 years in accordance with UK HMRC requirements. Support Communications are retained for 3 years after last interaction. Technical Logs are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. After requesting deletion, you have 7 days to reverse your request to avoid inadvertent data loss.
10. COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies keep the website, cart, checkout and your account working and are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how the website is used. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. 11. DATA SECURITY

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and inform affected users without undue delay.
